May mileage has already hit 244km and will probably reach a PR of 324km, about 30% more than March.
With 5 weeks to go, I will have at least one more LSD, between 40 and 42.2km.
Mon - rest [3k to see any problem with ankle or right thigh muscles; seems ok]
Tue - 12km [000 kosong, zero, nada, ilek]
Wed - 10km [12km]
Thur - 8km in JB? [Evening 12km on the treadmill zzzz]
Fri - 10km in JB?
Sat - 40 or 42.2km trial M...(maybe, otherwise just 21km) [42.2km I can do it!]
Sunday - Rest.
NO PAIN, NO PLEASURE! :)
Following week, KPAC Half M, so no chance for trial M
