(16 Oct)Thursday - Rest
(17 Oct)Friday morning - 10.0km (56'36")
(18 Oct)Saturday - Golf day... :)
(19 Oct)Sunday - Race day 10.33km Mizuno wave run (53'40") Woo hoo!
